“Hi, I’m Dr Mohammed Bala and I am the new owner of Scissett Dental Practice”.
After qualifying at Manchester University in 2003, I completed my Mandatory Vocational Training under the guidance of Dr Kiaran Weil, BDS an Oral Surgeon. This is where I gained valuable experience and knowledge in general dentistry and oral surgery.
I then went on to work in Private Practices in Cheshire and South Manchester. This is where I developed my skills in Cosmetic Dentistry. I was part of the winning team that won, ‘Best Practice of the Year 2007 at the National Dental Awards’.
In April this year, I visited America to gain valuable experience and expertise the latest techniques by attending the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (ACCD).
I was taught by Dr. Ron Jackson, a leading expert in Direct Composite Veneers.
My next venture is to transform SDP into a reputable Dental Clinic.
Currently, I run a Private Clinic on Wednesdays and Saturday’s in South Manchester, providing advance Cosmetic Dentistry including facial rejuvenation, tooth whitening, dental implants and Advanced RCT’s (Root Canal Treatments).
